Spartan Child Development Center is committed to providing high quality childcare and early education programs. Exceptional features of the program include: educated, experienced teachers, superior teacher to child ratios, developmentally appropriate lesson planning, nutritious food program and Governor’s Quality Care Award recipient.

Funding is crucial to maintain and expand high quality childcare. Your gift to Spartan Child Development Center will help to support:
Materials, books, and play equipment to support developmentally appropriate curriculum, maintenance of toddler and preschool children’s gardens, teacher training and development opportunities, superior teacher to child ratios that make the center exceptional, and childcare assistance funding.

Your donations will also help SCDC grow as a center by supporting special projects and programs, including:

• Curriculum enhancement including the addition of enrichment programs
• Addition of new safety features throughout the building
• Facility improvements including the creation of additional storage spaces and signage in parking lot areas
• Increased use of technology throughout the entire program
• New and improved summer preschool and school age adventure programs
• Scholarships for limited-income families
